Shipping Policy

At Metal Your Art, all of our products are custom-made to order. We work hard to ensure your order is produced with care and delivered in a timely manner.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–10 business days.

• During peak seasons or for large custom orders, production may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on your location and product size.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight/size.

Delivery Estimates (U.S. Orders)

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing

• Express Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days after processing

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package in real time.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship within the United States.

• We do not ship to PO Boxes for larger items.
