• The item is lost in transit or undelivered due to a carrier issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:

• Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

• Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Customer-uploaded image quality issues (e.g., low-resolution or blurry uploads)

• Incorrect sizing chosen at checkout

• Slight color variation due to screen display differences
